Thanks cls. My mantra "I may not be the fastest, or the strongest, but I'm stubborn". I've never quit. One night I was doing a 5 round WOD with running, box jumps and wall balls... stopped when I felt like I had the flu, but then got pissed at myself and went back to it until I finished it (didn't care it was my slowest time). And during a Fight Gone Bad outdoors in the frakking sun, almost got heat stroke during the second round. Stopped, cooled off, and returned an hour later to do it all the way through (albeit at a slower pace).

I'm a combo of tortoise and donkey, slow/steady/stubborn. LOL!

We call it piece of shit.

Next day: "Cindy" (well known CF benchmark "girl"). 20 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) 5 pullups 10 pushups 15 air squats

Got 16 full rounds, 5 pullups 4 or 5 pushups (lost count). My best was 17 full rounds last year. Close. My pushup stamina is my limiting factor (can only do the first two rounds unbroken, by the end I'm doing 2-3 then having a rest).

Warmup: Run 1 mile, 20lbs weighted vest and 4 sets of bleachers. WOD (with weighted vest): 21-15-9. 60lb kbs, box jumps, 200M run Post WOD: 8 rounds burpee tabata...20 on / 10 off. score = lowest round

PR on "POS" 5 rd: 30 double unders, 20 kettlebell swings 16 kb, 10 burpees. 11:27 (prev best was 13:27; and last year was slower at 14:25).

"POS"? what do you think it means?

more than 5K squats completed in the 10k squats challenge.

and raising one eyebrow at today's instructed 2 x 55, saying "wha? way too easy!"

it's like...a day of rest.
