HTOD: I did day 1 of the insanity workout today and didn't fall over! I did push myself and want to fulfill the entire 60 day challenge. Mr B will take our before pics today and I can't wait to compare the before and after shots!

HTOTD: For the first time in weeks, this afternoon I didn't experience hip/leg pain sitting down or standing up. Just bummed it's taken 2 weeks of NO workouts and a couple of steroid shots to get here. Can't wait to get back to training (only 5 weeks before Ragnar).

How exciting to hear! Congrats to both of you!

I tend to lose weight and/or have body changes ...in different spots of my body. I never seem to go down a whole size, I'm always in between. I do hope to experience it one day though!

Wouldn't know it from the scale, but went back and looked at some pictures from last year. Can really see composition change. And had to buy new slacks a few months ago. Always a happy feeling when new clothes are needed (because old ones are too big).
