also don't get jacked up about the actually weight number or the body fat % (and keep in mind that most home used body fat things are not very accurate) focus on how u look instead, how ur clothes feel. those are the true signs of fitness..

btw, speaking of feeling lardy, have not been to gym since thursday and just finished up 4 days in a row of heavy drinking as a result of "bike race" weekend down here. eeesh, gettin to old for that kinda stuff!!
