LMAO, yes some calves are bigger than others. Jay was also a skater when he was a younger man and has large calves. Its good leg exercise....I can't even stand on one without falling down lol. I have some definition but I have skinny calves and thick ass upper legs. I belly dance alot and use my legs when I do this, I have no idea if this is why but they are getting on my nerves looking all like Gunther and shit lol. Shell

BBS, one thing that has been taked about in pole dancing is a product called the dynaflex sports gyro. They run about $25 on amazon. Also simple wrist curls with a weight can increase wrist strength. Don't know about increasing size. As for ankles, the only thing that helps me are balance challenges (how do you thing we women walk around in those stacks??). While doing bicep curls also curl that same leg backward (or do a back leg lift). If you have exercise tv (or even go to their website) there are a few videos that go into balance type exercises. Might not be something that you would want to do at a gym....I even do balance type stuff while I am at work, but I can get away with stuff like that being a girl.

i wrote... I have not noticed nada (nothing) which really makes NO sense, haha. don't worry about ever offended me friend. i actually have not been drinkin as i mostly gave it up. just been busy and not to the gym as often as i would like so feeling, bleych... heading there now..

depends on the yogurt malee. The one I'm eating right now is 90 cals for 8 oz, 0 fat, 0 sugars. I'm sure the potato chips had a lot of fat in them. Calories is not all that is important although it is a big thing :)
