BOTD: Rain when I got home. Damnit. I have reached a point where I really look forward to my jog. Jay gets home from work, the kids stay here watching cartoons (with our 14 yr old of course) and we go run. While we jog we talk about our day, joke and laugh. Its really become a fun time in the evening to reconnect. And it rained. Fooey.

I'm actually feeling MUCH better today than yesterday, thank y'all for your advice!! I was able to actually run today without sounding like I was gasping for air.

Shell, seriously, Zyrtec. It does not dope you up like Benadryl does. One tablet a day and you can find generic now pretty cheap.

They were saying on the national news, this has been one of the worse years for allergies and it is suppose to get worse.

BOTD. Seasonal allergies. If that damn farmer does not finish those crops I swear I'm going to go unibomber on him soon lmao.....I'm sniffly and stopped up. I FINALLY get my legs into the condition to where they are like Lets Go Shell! And I can't breathe. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....fuss and whine. LOL
