I know I can tell a big difference when I'm taking my vitamins and when I'm not. I'm bad about forgetting them too, and am working on changing that. I would take them at bedtime but sometimes I'm up for over 24 hours and sometimes I sleep in the am then again about 14 hours later.

I have the same problem Carrie.....when Donald's out of town.....I hate cooking for myself and it's just me when he's gone.....so I don't eat much......I would love a few suggestions?

I am sure it is. It has to do with food too. I don't eat much when hubby isn't here which isn't a good thing.

That might make the difference, Carrie. I take a multi-vitamin and a B complex (B1, B2, B6 and B12) with C and it makes a world of difference in my energy. It also helps when I get plenty of sleep at night. I hope things get better for you soon!

I have a multi vitamin but haven't been taking it. I always forget to. :/

Nothing too serious (fortunately), swelling has gone down but I can still feel the bruise. Hurt the ego more than anything else. No one reacted so I guess none of the guys in the weight room saw it (phew, that would have been so embarressing).
