Kind - doing better, heading back to Crossfit tonight for some upper body and cardio work. Ankle is feeling better, but obviously gonna take some time. Walking a bit better and less pain (unless I move the wrong way...LOL)

Where exactly does it hurt? bicep, tricep area? where? how far between your shoulder and elbow? what kind of pain? when do you feel it the most?

So sorry about your ankle Itsbeen! :(
I've bitched that all this laundry was going to kill me for 30 years!! Very dangerous and should be avoided at all costs I say! FB: I hurt my back on Sunday doing an exercise that never hurt me before. It was much better yesterday, but my PT took it easy on me today (which was back/shoulder day) Happy it feels better but I feel like I didn't get a great workout in because of it. Stay patient Itsbeen. Let it heal. :) |

SVC - Torn menial (sp?) ligament(s) right ankle. Have an air cast, icing every couple hours and start PT next week(I'll check with them on the Tendon possibility).
So far, no surgery, still pretty swollen. Went to Box last night to watch - I was getting the itch so I left...LOL Going get some scaled stuff to do tonight. |

Yes, if you continue to sprain/twist the same ankle, you might have a torn tendon. You might need more support (i.e. brace). Check with your doctor. Maybe there are some specific exercises you can do to strengthen it (ask for a PT referral?).
