Haha @ Carrie! I'm trying to hit like 170-175 eventually, but I'm having alot of problems getting past 165-ish. Problem is that I just don't get a chance to eat enough. :-/

You know, coming into a forum and posting about how you have lost weight and need to gain more, may not be the safest thing to do. Especially when there are women who are trying to loose it!

I've lost 5-6 pounds in the past two weeks due to having the flu a week and a half ago. Have to gain it back!!!!

Posterior deltoids are nice and sore. Come to think of it, everything is well "done" after switching yo to a full body program that goes for three days a week, alternating with cardio. I love it.

Everyone sounds like they did some really good shit too. Keep it up!! :-)

And after a great workout yesterday, and easy jogging this morning, the hamstrings are TIGHT and HURTING tonight. OUCH!!!

Yay! Bitchfest of the day: hamstrings killing me after heavy deadlifts yesterday...failed on back squat strength work this morning and tore out some hair as the bar rolled off my back. Grrr....

I hit the gym hard!! So glad I did!! Now for a nice hot soaking bath....I know those 3 miles are gonna try and hurt my legs tomorrow! THANK YOU SO MUCH Mrs. SVC!! I needed that and tomorrow will be even better!!

R - feel free to use us to help you find motivation.

Even when traveling you can still be active. If you have a gym membership see if there is an affiliate near your destination. If you are in a hotel they always have fitness rooms (not very complete but better than nothing). You can always go for a walk or jog (depending on the weather). Even in your hotel room you can do air squats, situps and pushups. Jump ropes are light weight and another great cardio exercise.

Now, go work out today :)
