FB - pretty sure I am going to regret (very soon) not having worked on my arms more.

One of the back wheels fell off lawn mower 2/3 of the way through. I was determined to finish. It is not an easy task holding a mower up like that. Heading to get the Ben Gay now.

WAIT a sec - this will count as arms workout today, right ?

Thanks NJNY!!! Nerve block pump has allowed me to take zero opioid painkillers. Now onto rehab . . . I have GOT to get back in the game as 2 days of just sittin' her is driving me nuts. But it has allowed me to read up on "techniques" . . . :) :)

I haven't worked out all week. Doctor tried acupuncture yesterday morning. He thinks it's just inflammation. I don't feel any better this morning. Going back to a gluten-free diet to see if it helps (seemed to work a few years ago). Have celebrex if needed. Still doing the BadAss Obstacle Course race tomorrow morning. Then we'll re-evaluate next week. Sigh.

Thanks for all the support.

Mrs. SVC: I trust all works out well with you. Here is some very unsolicited advice from the peanut gallery. YOU go very, very hard. This latest episode right after the other could very well mean that you need to take a very, very long layoff. I know mentally that has to be challenging for you but you have to give your body a chance to really heal and recover. That takes time. I haven't been posting much lately in the forums because so much has already been said and it has become repetitive. However, when I read about you, I just wanted to reach out and I hope you take this in the spirit it is sent. Speedy recovery.
