Take extra potassium. I take two potassium pills in the morning with a multi vitamin. And two potassium pills before i go to bed. If you work out and sweat a lot you need the extra potassium to stop the cramps.

somebody was just a few minutes shy of an hour late this morning....totally effed up my morning schedule. oh well at least the laundry is mostly done now while i waited.

I had severe ankle cramps that woke me up this morning! Never had them in my ankles..that hurt!

...the bad news is that lbs have crept back on. and even over the past week, when i have made a conscious effort to clear up the "bad" habits: still going up.

back to basics and back to all natural long term systemic cleanse/purge--from the beginning. i know muscle weighs more--and yeah i've got a lot more muscle than this time a year ago---but i am not. happy. that the scale is showing me ugly numbers.

My abs are really worked hard and are hurting. The water release at Hoover dam has been finally turned down and i was doing a workout getting back in shape for free diving.

I have to take a few days off. Having a bout with vertigo. it's been a long time 10 years or so since the last time. Sucks!!!

Tomorrow will be day 14 with no resistance workout and day 13 without a cardio..... Taking way too long to get back! SUCKS
