So I guess I will have to figure it out on my own....

I did learn that you should eat a gram of protein for every lb. of body weight.

Specifically, I just made stir fry. I stirred a bag of frozen 'stir fry' vegetables, added some wok oil and soy sauce together and put it one rice. Good or bad?

Veggie chilli dogs? You know the fake hot dogs and the chilli with TVP on a bun?

Spaghetti? Burritos?

I thought pizza was good for you. Which part is not healthy?

The only foods that I know are 'healthy' are the obvious ones like raw fruits, raw veggies, and oatmeal...

How do you know what's good and what's bad?
