LOL...sorry to laugh. I never do there, and no one has ever gotten seriously hurt around me, but damn, I laugh so hard on the way home. ~R

User Details are only visible to members.	The ellipticals must be good, as I see a lot of people using them. But I just can't get used to that particular motion. I prefer running more than anything, and I still think running is the best cardiovascular exercise. If your body can take it, that is. Eventually we all fall by the wayside one way or another, and need to pick up some other exercise if we want to stay in shape. I still run, but no more than once a week these days (if that). So my fall-back has always been the stairmasters, and if I get sick of it, then I just do stationary bike for variety. The combo stairs and bike just works wonders for me. As for cheating on the stairmasters, that's very easy to avoid. Just don't hold on to anything with your hands. I always hold them behind my waist for the entire workout (45 minutes, like Poly's). I never touch any rail. No cheating whatsoever. But I do see once in a while kids holding on to the rail, and all I think is, "why bother?". But they are in their twenties and can afford to cheat. They'll learn.

User Details are only visible to members.	Well, it used to be the thigh adductor and abductor machines, until they moved them away from the wall mirrors. Took ALL the fun out of standing their waiting for my turn.
