Another good resource is the forums at either bodybuilding dot com or mindandmuscle dot net. Look for bulking cycles. Or you can probably even run a google on bulking cycles. Be forewarned that there may be talk of things that are out of the norm on those forums (as if this forum is not out of the norm!!!).

T nation is an excellent resource.

A summary would be to consume 1.5gms. of protien per pound of bodyweight, along with fish oil caps and. Make sure you are also taking a post workout drink with carbs.

To bulk you will need to consume between 500-750 calories above maitenance. This should add lean muscle. T nation has all kinds of diets and calculators to make the calculations a breeze.

if u google how to gain muscle mass u will get a ton of sites or check out ur local gnc, etc. bottom line is that you have to take in more calories then u burn.

muscle milk is something i have heard used with good reviews.

good luck, that's a fun problem to have.
