I'm doing the same thing 3x a week, I think I need to change it or something but it is working. I know I need to add lower body soon.

I was under the impression it's not good to lift everyday, is that incorrect? It was explained to me that your muscles need time in between to repair themselves.

Where did I say it was superficial??
When I said "That it is of no benefit" - that is what I was disagreeing with. OK maybe I've read something wrong here - I thought you were asserting that creatine was of little benefit. I disagree with that. |

Oh and when I said "wannabe" I didn't mean I sat there waiting for it to happen. I mean I was simply non-competitive. I was very big, very strong, and in extremely good health. I pumped iron like mad.

I used creatine for years when I was a wannabe bodybuilder. I had great success with it and gained muscle mass very quickly. There were definitely downsides such as GI upset and being very thirsty, but overall I was very happy with it... I found myself much more resistant to fatigue and was just stronger, longer, quicker.
