User Details are only visible to members.	I just sold our ab lounge..although the thing was okay to use, I found it to be a pain in the butt to have sitting around the work out area of our family room. I must have trip over the thing more than I used it. Back to the floor for me!

User Details are only visible to members.	I haven't bothered with buying much in the way of equipment. I buy new workout videos from time to time, but I use them and it's not a waste. I always laugh at my sister who has to try every new gadget. The Ab lounge, Ab rocker, & a few other things like that live in her closet. What takes the cake though, was the day she excitedly showed my this thing she ordered from an info-mercial, a belt that you wear for hours, which sends electrical waves into the abs to "exercise" them. There's special conductive jelly you put on to increase the effects (and how much you spend.) She always willingly shows me this crap, and prefaces it with: "I know you'll laugh at me, but..." Why can't she just blow her money on sex toys like me? LOL! -mj :)

Similiar to the vasaline...I worked with a man once who ate vicks vapor rub...swore by it for sore throats...I honestly thought he was BS ing me until he brought it to work and ate a spoon full in front of me...he felt better and I wasted my lunch in the bathroom....yuck..... That would make me want to throw up everything I just ate... ew! I thought eating dirt was an indication that you might be lacking in minerals?!? THen again, ABC "health" sectionhad an interesting article on the habit of eating clay. LOL...I'll stick to veggies thank you
