That was funny. I lift in an old school gym so grunting, if you have enough weight on the bar, is perfectly fine.
My peeve is young guys curling in the squat rack...when I want to sqaut in it! |

Aren't you lucky delectable - two rooms! ... A "Lunk Alarm" LOL! Hey you can cal me BLM. After I created my "name" I saw someone call me BLM. I said to myself, "Does that stand for Bowel Movement"???? "Crap I should of never picked that name" ... but it don't. hee hee

I must agree, although in my case I'm checking out the hot fire fighters that train there every morning! Our PF has a "grunt room" and a "grunt free room". In the grunt free room they don't say anything to you when you grunt. They just set off the Lunk Alarm which is so loud and piercing it blocks out the loudest IPOD! :) |

:-) ya know .. i thought it was REALLY weird when I first entered one. BUTT the atmosphere was nice! Sexy ladies smiling and looking so very cute. No spotters screaming "PUSH IT!!!!" and others looking like they wanna tear anyone's head off when they are "pumping iron". Most of that is all show anyway.. not all .. but most.

I hear you SVcpl.... I don't have memberships in those gyms .. but I like to"visit" .. A LOT. I'm practicing my stealth grunting for those times you need to be quite. ;-)
