You're absolutley right. I know I wont miss the benefit .. I have you helping me! :-) Thanks for speaking out h, always! Ok Ok Ok .. it is intimidating when you see the folks hitting the floor in total exhaustion AND AND AND .. probably wont see a "No Grunting Gym" for a long time after I start. LOL

I love the inpiration and the causes Crossfit supports! The one you mention brings tears. Thank you USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis gone way to soon and may you be resting in peace. I also pray that your family has found peace in your passing.

This one was a three-parter.
?5 Handstand Push Ups, 10 Power Snatch, 15 Thrusters, 20 Pull Ups, 25 OH Press, 30 Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 800m Run.
3 min get as far as you can: 40 reps (got to 10th pull up), rest 1 min.
6 min get as far as you can: 63 reps (got to 13th OH Press), rest 2 min.
Then the whole thing for time: 16:39.
Rx was 55# (felt just a wee bit heavy for me but I gutted it out).

Unreal h! Really! I really don't think I could do that and if I attempted it .. exactly as you did here... I think I would be sooo damn sore. I'll bet I can bounce a quarter off your ass and into that ten footer~ Unreal you are and the shape you must be in. I'm having trouble with my crossfit thingy which I'm now gonna call "full body". It's in the spirit but not even close to the intensity you guys endure! I love it!!!

Three rounds of: Wall-ball, 14 pound ball 10 ft target (Reps), Sumo deadlift high-pull 55 pounds (Reps), Box Jump, 20" box (Reps), Push-press 55 pounds (Reps), Row (Calories).
Getting better at the 10' target. Most PP reps ever! Worked on consistency.

Deadlift 3 x 5 @ 180#
Chest to bar chin-ups max reps (used red band): 12/11/9

DAMN! I read this a few times and visualized what you are doing and imagined me doing it. I do know this .. I'll bet I can't do that .. WOW! .. unless I get back to jumping some rope. I did double unders way toooo many times in college and high school. I will say this though .. you inspired me! .. I still have the "rope" I used .. complete with high school colors and all... I wonder if my old high school wants it back?
