Will power is my weak point, so I rely on motivation.
Make reservations at a nude/clothing optional resort for a few months from now. I guarantee that you'll stay on track with diet and workout schedule. Worked for us, lol |

Congrats on making the committment to change.
Here are some things to think about: Is this a lifestyle you can maintain even after you've lost the weight? The order of what you eat isn't important (just a great gimmick). Drinking water is great (helps fill you up) but you can also acheive that by drinking during the meal as well. Breakfast should include protein. Is this enough total calories (if your intake is less than your resting metabolic rate you end up slowing your metabolism). Gradually increase your exercise, work towards interval training for maximum effects. -h (I'm an RD and have worked in wt mgmt for over 10 years) |
