Thanks* We just started a few weeks ago. Not much to do other than to tone up a bit and try not to loose weight. Id love to put on 10 pounds but... Ive been wishing that for years.

Me too. I think alittle can make a huge difference. Ive been going thru the vids on demand on TV. They have several. I find after 2 to 3 weeks, I need to change it up.

Do the walks make you feel better? Hopefully this all over soon!
Still on my 30 days lol Ive change the workout to another program. I got bored of the other one. I think after I have the program down pat, a few weeks later I need a change. Joan* |

I agree... my ass and outer thighs, back of thighs.. showed results right away.
Inner thigh and front high still needs more work. Ive been enjoying it really and I do feel stronger all over. joan* |

ALmost at my 30 day mark.
I do see my butt is higher and rounded.. do like that : ) My thighs are toner, but probably need another 30 day to get fullo benefits. Arms have toned. For 30 days, Im very happy with the results. im going to continue. joan* |
