I simply am not interested in going to a strip club to pay to watch women naked when I can invite one to my home and have the pleasure of having sex with her afterwards. The money I spend on my "hobby", (sex swing, crops, restraints etc) enhance MY experience and I am rewarded with great sex. the reward for dropiing a couple hundred $$ at a strip club? Ummm, I have never even gotten an erection at a strip club. If there isn't a chance I am having sex with them, there is no stimulation.

I will confess it was never my money being spent, as mentioned money seems to flow when another women is engaged with the dancers. Personally I think I'd be more apt to pay the price of a hooker knowing full well when things were over she'd pack herself up and go home never to be heard from again than to invite to our bed some of the nutcase single women we've encountered over the years. Since we do not play with single women it isn't an issue just an observation. I make no comparison to Nic paying for dinner to Nic paying for attention , he is being a gentleman and is on a "date" and one would assume that both parties "like" each other or at least exploring the possibility . I personally prefer to pay for my own dinner or drinks until such time it is establish we do in fact like each other . Meeting someone off the internet for the first time isn't a date but more of an interview for a possibility of a date, although it can turn into a date in minutes if the chemistry is right ;) So far what I have learned here is those of you who don't pay for sex also don't seem to frequent strip clubs. What happened to everyone else ???? lol No one seems to have thoughts on why one is ok and the other is not. Perhaps I just like to play devil advocate and make people question why they believe what they believe . I really have no stance on whether it is the same to pay a stripper as it is to pay a hooker, I really was curious about how men felt, why they felt that way . I found it amusing that men seemed so adamant they would NOT pay for sex and yet strippers can make big bucks. Perhaps what I did was hit a tender spot and reminded them that the stripper was no more interested in them than the hooker and spoiled their illusions ....bummer dude lol. Mrs Sav ........who will wander back to the women's area and speak of baking , the weather and the last time she obediently gave a BJ ;)

However, Nic comes close to hitting the nail on the head when he says he does not go into strip clubs to begin with and he does not engage in the services of a prostitute. Of course, you could ask why I pay for dinner and drinks for a woman I am interested in and my reply would be along the lines of "it's the societal norm". And it makes me feel like a gentleman. lol

User Details are only visible to members.	I don't think morality has anything to do with the fact that many men claim they will not pay for sex, it's sheer ego. I guess I am still puzzled . If the ego comes into play and a man wants to feel wanted for himself not his cash how does one than turn an emotional blind eye to the fact that the lap dancer on your lap wouldn't be there if not for that 20 dollar bill? If one doesn't mind paying for "attention" why limit the amount of attention you're willing to pay for? At the end of the night many men have paid far more for far less than a hooker would have provided. And they say women are complex creatures lol Mrs Sav

All (not that there have been a lot) of the dancers I've spoken with regard their profession as a job that has the potential of enormous earning power. Any thoughts?

User Details are only visible to members.	I didn't look at your post as good or bad but thought provoking Mrs Sav. I had an uncle many years ago who owned several Strip clubs ( he also manged quite a few dancers) . I found it quite entertaining to hear the perceptions or rational some dancers towards thier profession compared to that of women who chose to earn in a more "giving" manner, ( based upon the women I knew). I guess in the end it is up to each individual to decide based upon thier own moral standard to decide. My own view on this if we take away the morality we are raised with would it really matter? It is like people who enjoy the activities on this site, Some will approve, some not .

Mrs Sav, you raise some very interesting points, and the nuances in your statements bring what you say to an even higher level (if you ever decide to drop out of sls, at least continue to stay on board so you can continue in the forums). I am not opposed to prostitution as a profession. When I am having sex with a woman, I want her to have sex with me because she want to, and not because I am paying her to have sex with me. I suppose it is similar to how we look at a glass of water that is filled half way. Is the glass half full or half empty?
