We (I) have been in the precious metals market (as a dealer and investor) since 1976 and there are forces at work that may not be 'front and center'. There's two things going on right now. The dollar is getting beaten down (some say by plan others say no) and that's driving the commodities market but we have been here before (Jan 2009) and then all of a sudden the dollar made a 'miraculous' recovery, driving metals through the floor. This recovery of the dollar is now well attributed as a manipulation of the dollar by 3 central banks (our being one) and it hurt a lot of people in the market. Secondly you have to remember there's a lot of 'smoke an mirrors' going on right now in an attempt to make the economy look better than it is. It's not malicious thing, they are trying to make people feel better because if they do they spend, if they spend the economy gets better. But if another scare hits the papers that all backfires. Long term I am very bullish on gold and silver but be prepared to take some 'lumps' along the way. Yes I see gold at $1500 - $2000 in 3-4 years but I also can see it dropping to $900 during the ride. Metals are not for those with weak stomachs ... you have to believe in them and then some.

User Details are only visible to members.	Anyone riding the breakout on gold? Just about all the analysts state it will be $1300 to $1500 by the end of the year and the potential to hit $2000 in 2010. I don't doubt it. I finally cashed in all my stocks and bought GLD for the bullion ride to come. As we keep printing money... Gold will keep climbing.
