Just wondering what co-hosts normally get in the way of compensation for promoting and assisting with party organization?

Thanks Bijada. They are not pros...and for that matter, we just do it for fun too. We really just look to cover our costs and not lose money on the party. The first few parties set us back a bit, but now we hope to recoup some of those costs. If we ever made a profit I think I'd do a little dance...lol....but we use the money to improve the play experience, and our closest friends help with the co-hosting, and of course get in for free...and as you said, get a better opportunity to meet the guests, since they are doing the introductions and tours, etc. Thanks for your feedback.

It depends on various things. Are the people doing it for personal fun or are they pros at hosting parties. If they are just regular members, then they would be delighted to help and would appreciate getting in with no cost. Helping is usually another perk to meeting others by being someone who is close with the host in this case. However, if they are pros at hosting parties.....then a fair split or percentage of what they are able to "bring in" at the party should be good.

Thanks 1969...your response is much appreciated. Setting up these parties is A LOT more work than most people realize, as you said. And so far its a little expensive. We are doing the parties for fun, not profit, but would like to break even. Folks seem to have this idea that we are making a lot of money, when its actually as you say, anytime we get ahead of our expenses, we add something, like the new sex swing, or "party favors", or fix the spa. etc. So far, we've just been offering our friends free admission, and a place to sleep if they dont want to go home. Thanks again.
