Stockroom has our vote. We have three different collars from them, along with many other items. Been very satisfied with their product quality since first finding them on the internet about 8 years ago.

sub-shop dot com is a good place. The others mentioned. If you're in the Detroit area Noir leather has some good ones too.

Eternity collars (eternitycollars dot com) are good ambiguous daily wear. We had a local machine shop make a jig for fabricating the same kind of thing out of .25 titanium rod that's both lighter and complements our titanium wedding rings. Titanium is a royal pain to work with but is ideal if the subject has any sort of metal hypersensitivities.
