Suggest reading "Screw the Roses. Send me the thorns."
It's a great starter book. Not sure what is close to you. Baltimore has BESS meetings. That's BESS-org(dot)com Washington has BlackRose meetings. I prefer BESS. Just my take. Feel free to contact me/or post your questions here. Folks will be glad to help. BiFem_Top |

Try attending a local munch in your area. A munch is a group of like minded people that get together on a regular basis to network and exchange information that is BDSM focused. You'll then be able to figure out the best way to begin and keep things at your comfort level.
