User Details are only visible to members.	Why would anyone label themselves as ugly or even bony on here? You may be slimmer, Shel, but you have some nice nice nice curves. Let's not get all crazy here. The point was that the ones who state "I'm not Barbie or Ken" see themselves as "less than" and it comes out on their profiles. Then they wonder why no one contacts them. Point, again, is that if YOU don't find yourself attractive, no one else will either. I've come across very few on here who are, indeed, Barbies and divas, no matter what some people say. Seduction, Lost, you both are sometimes criticized by heavy people, but in reality, there is probably some envy behind those criticisms. You both are confident women, as you know. And in a BBW thread, some people will feel threatened by that (you know me...I'm rarely threatened by anything like that). There is room for everyone, all body shapes and sizes. I understood where I THINK the Original Poster was coming from, and I also don't like to see the way most TV shows and commercials have the male counterpoint SO DUMBED DOWN and incapable, and the woman always "wins," is right, is more attractive, etc. If anything, I would say we're attracted to people who look similar to us, and who look BETTER than us, and we've had a lot of fun with all types of sizes, ages, colors, etc. Women may spend more time on their looks than men do, but there are some really hot guys on here, and in person, with or without Barbie-type wives. Shel, you're a Bratz doll at best...hahaha. No. You're just a sexy woman who knows her own assets. Gina

It bugs the crap out of my husband but I think in general women are more likely to care about how they look and men (when they get married anyway) just let it all hang out.

User Details are only visible to members.	I am also tired of that saying about Ken and Barbie. It doesn't cross our minds to compare ourselves to plastic dolls. At any rate, it's quite cliche and tiresome. I usually attribute it to new people who aren't sure what to write about themselves yet. If they ask for advice on profiles, I'll mention taking it out, but if they don't ask, then ok. As for mismatched couples, there does seem to be a big percentage as far as looks are concerned. Especially in the pictures. I know you can't always go by pics alone, but where are all these overweight and "ugly dudes" getting all these gorgeous wives? No wonder so many "straight" women are re-listing on their profiles as "bi." Those who know me know I write this tongue-in-cheek. I would say that Mr and I are pretty evenly matched and "look like a couple." We both have some weight to shed, we're both not tall, we're near the same age, and once, a cashier asked us if we were brother and sister! hahaha. love it. I'll try to get more pics of him up on here this weekend and next. The more I love him, the cuter he gets. Gina
