KD, I'll join you in this first week to lose 5 pounds. Starting today (April 23), do we give it a week and report in on what happened? I've been having a hard time getting below my current weight and really want to. Whadayasay, gf? :-)

Kind.. Walk. it's the easy and best exercise you can do, Not only is it good for the body it's also good for the mind.
Eat 6 or more small meals a day.
My biggest enemy is the hours between 7 and bedtime tend to what to snack during those hours. Thank god summers starting and it doesn't get dark till 8 or later. I think i lost a few lbs the last few days just because I been outside till after 8 and have cut down on the idle time.

I hear you. I've only been able to maintain a weight loss for about 10 minutes! :( lol.

Absolutely agree with the household being on board too. Easier said than done since 'no' food in the house is what I really need.

My husband got a trainer for me for my birthday, to come to the house 3X a week starting Tuesday! I'm a little excited ...and nervous about it.
...Oh that poor woman... :-0

Maybe if I this works out, and I start to feel better just because I am exercising more, my choice of 'eating differently' and more consistantly will come.

I never had a trainer before. I don't even know what expectations to have.

I lost a significant amount of weight on Weight Watchers, (online) twice, but I could never go longer than about 6 weeks. I got so tired of the constant measuring and logging all day every day... etc. I can't seem to muster the energy to do it again either. *sighing
I need to reconsider this. ty.
