Yeah...Maui is definitely more of a "couples" place.
(And the couples that do come to Maui and contact us usually turn out to be total flakes. Ooops!!! Did I just say that out loud??!?) |

W808 - probably more difficult in Maui because visiting couples are often on their honeymoon (not a good time for LS unless they were *in* the LS before they got married).
The only single men we found in HI when searching SLS were local boys. Oahu has the most members. We usually vacation on the big island and pickings are slim. We did post in the Hot Date calendar but don't know if anyone checks it. mrs svc |

Try808, that's probably a safe bet. How many wives from Nebraska would say....go ahead honey, I just sit here in Feb. with all the snow and wind while your in HI for a week. You do have a problem and I'm sure you can figure it out and come up wiht a way of solving it.

Hmmmmm.... I guess we need to try hotel bars more often. Most hotel bars we go to are all couples. But I guess when a man has to travel to Maui for business, his wife is coming along, too! LOL

VanWilder... We usually go to hotel bars when we are looking for a single guy. We prefer non locals, and Travelling guys are often looking for a little fun. I am on the road a lot, so I understand. It's always very exciting when a nice looking business man asks us up to his room!

This is a terrific idea. I travel a lot for work and regularly strike up conversations at hotel bars. I've unfortunately never been approached with such an appealing offer.
