For me it was just a dick. Sex wasn't bad. Basically ramming doggie style pretty fast and hard. It didn't really hurt me at the time. Next day my right leg went numb and wound up in emergency MRI with my neurosurgeon. But I have had spine issues for years. I spend 30 years jumping horses and my my back is trashed anyway. Never did the fist thing. I'm tight around an average dick. I cant imagine taking a fist! LOL

Actually, I believe that the OP is referring to fingers :). When men decide that their hand is now a Black and Decker drill and they start 'pistoning' the female as if she's being drilled.

The OP referred to pounding with the fist which seems rather odd but I do know many women who like to be fucked good and hard. It is not something I would ever "impose" on a woman but I am happy to deliver when requested.
IMHO, the key to great sex is knowing what your partner wants and being able to provide it intuitively. I've never claimed to be a great lover but I do pay attention to the lady's reactions and simply try to do more of what she enjoys, be it slow and sensual or hard and fast. Thanks to everyone for your comments. Its good to know that my wife is not the only one...and she appreciated the comments too. This one experience was such a turn off that we stayed home this week, rather than going to our regular Saturday swing date at the local club. Totally bummed out about that.
Its understandable the some, even lots of women could enjoy a good pounding...but after some work up, as was mentioned.
