They are now booked, with the exception of some 2 star and below places... with the closest being about 15 miles away. In fact, we actually just got a room at the Red Roof Inn, lol... but hey, at least we'll make the party:). If anyone else is looking for a room, they better book it real fast... this place had only 4 left!

We checked extensively for hotels many weeks prior to this party in order to arrange for a place for attendees to stay, unfortunately we were unable to find any within a few miles that were not completely full. We have never faced that issue before either. Our best suggestion to anyone searching is to seek out hotels in the vicinity of the Philadelphia Airport. There are still numerous spots there that are reasonably priced and have vacancies. It is a very easy drive (15 minutes max) right up rt 95 to the venue.

User Details are only visible to members.	Thanks to everyone for your continued posts and concerns! We were members of the club and have attended. Capacity was one of the first questions we asked when we attended on their reopening night. It is a particular concern as one of the Syndicate Club owners works in the building trades. The club has a capacity of 200 people. We will be within the legal capacity of the club for our event. Also as many of you know lots of people add their names to guest lists and do not show. We've been running events for several years and have tracked this constantly. We will have our prepay option open as of tomorrow. Anyone who is attending will be free to pay in advance. Anyone with concerns is welcome to contact us directly or post here, and of course you have the freedom to miss a fantastic party if you remain afraid!

User Details are only visible to members.	The physical facility of Trapeze had a ONE HUNDRED person occupancy according to the state fire marshall when it first re-opened. We know as we were there and asked. They subsequently opened the back play area which may have garnered them a few more folks. With the present RSVP list, you will exceed the lawful occupancy in a short time. How are you prepared to deal with this...and how can folks be assured that they will, in fact, be able to get into the event should they travel a distance to attend. Personally, we don't feel secure at all about the logistics of your growing list for an unticketed event. Respectfully submitted, MJ and D

User Details are only visible to members.	We've got no concerns about any of this. if anything, it allows Syndicate to set the rules and not have to follow the rules which Trapeze used to have in place. The way we see it, its just like a party in a hotel, but in a private venue. We'll def be there!
