Planning on coming to our Red Hot Winter Spectacular?? Just a few housekeeping items we need to convey at the behest of the Crowne Plaza.... While we know you all are a first-class crowd and we don't anticipate any issues, other non-lifestyle guests and parties will be in the hotel. Therefor, proper decorum is expected in all common areas of the hotel. Please assure that any revealing outfits are properly covered outside of the ballroom and our private hallway. Additionally, no outside alcohol will be allowed in the ballroom and the use of illicit drugs anywhere within the hotel is strictly prohibited. The Crowne Plaza and/or The Couples Network maintains the right to remove any party guest who does not meet these conditions or refuse rooming for anyone in violation of these conditions. The Couples Network will fully support any reasonable decision made by the Crowne Plaza with no refund of cover charge. While all party guests will be welcome in all common areas of the hotel such as the lobby and atrium, the hotel hallways are considered private and only paid hotel guests of our event will be permitted in the hallways. Non-hotel guests of our party are welcome to discretely join a paid hotel guest in their room but must remain INSIDE THE ROOM and not in the hotel hallways, including the hallway(s) that make up our private block. And lastly... We recognize and appreciate that circumstances can change and something may prevent you from attending our event. Paid guests may request a full refund up until 7:00 PM on February, June 6th. After 7:00 PM on February 6th, a refund can only be granted if the party has sold out and your spot can be filled by another paid customer. Refund requests made after 7:00 on February 6th will be handled in the order that they are received and every attempt will be made to fill your spot with another paid customer. If we are unable to do so however, it will be understood that we will be unable to grant a refund of the cover charge. Receipt of your payment for this event will constitute an understanding and acknowledgement of these conditions. So that's it!! User Details are only visible to members.	As our listing states, our venue for this event will comfortably and safely accommodate 200 people. Therefore the guest list will consist of the first 100 couples to pre-pay for the ball. Why are we going about building our guest list this way for the party? For your comfort, safety, and to ensure a quality event for all attending!!! For many events there is a large degree of uncertainty. As we're sure many of you have noticed, sign-up lists for almost all events are considerably larger than the crowd that ultimately attends. We want to ensure that we have a crowd that will be large enough for everyone to interact with all sorts of new and sexy couples yet not beyond the capacity of the space in which the event will take place. We hope that a couple's willingness to pre-pay for this event will indicate a strong likelihood that they will actually attend. And this will also allow us to manage the size of the crowd so that we can extend just the right number of invitations to produce a crowd that will fill the space and mesh well together for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to producing a quality, premier event for all who attend. See you there!!
