User Details are only visible to members.	This may be the wrong place to ask this, but what is the next best place to go? Being new to the lifestyle and still finding what we want out of it, we have yet to visit a club, but were leaning towards the floor because of the great reviews we have read. So what other dfw clubs are fun and good for newbies? And I hate to hear that anyone who has put hard work into a passion has to fight a battle like this. I wish the owners the best of luck and hope that they will get to reopen soon.

User Details are only visible to members.	We were there. The powers that be were kind enough to give a courtesy call to let them know what would happen if they tried to hold a party. Len & Wendy decided not to put anyone at risk or exposure if the civil powers made good on their threat, so they cancelled the weekends party. True to their word, city inspectors came over at 11 pm to make sure there wasn't a party going on. Len & Wendy have a very good attorney working for them, but it is also apparent whoever is hiding behind the thinly veiled curtain of anonymity has been making a lot of false complaints.

Is there any local attorney who might help Len and Wendy get into whatever city compliance is required? This is a huge loss to our local lifestyle community and if there are ways to help save it, please volunteer to help! Here is the Oct 13 e-mail from The owners, for those who haven't seen it: Dear Friends and Supporters We are saddened beyond description to have to tell you that the City of Dallas has forced us to close our doors. The fire marshal visited us and was prepared to evacuate the building because we were operating without a certificate of occupancy. Additionally, the city’s code compliance division was looking into our operation. Apparently, these enforcement activities stemmed from a complaint received by the city. While we will likely never know who complained, we can only conclude that a member of the lifestyle community decided to cause problems for the 13th Floor. Perhaps it was a competitor or perhaps a disgruntled patron. Whoever it was, we wish that they had considered that their actions not only hurt us, but hurt everyone in the lifestyle community. Any time one club is threatened, it puts at risk all of the other lifestyle activities throughout the region. The 13th Floor had an incredible run for over 1o years. We had blossomed into what we believe was one of the top clubs in the country. Over the last 4 years of our ownership we have worked extremely hard to make constant improvements to provide all of you with a classy, fun and safe environment. We know that all of you recognized our efforts and we were very gratified that you came to visit us in record numbers. We thank each and every one of you for your patronage over the years. We walk away with our heads held high and are very proud of what we accomplished. Wishing all of you the best Len & Wendy

It doesn’t matter whether your team wins or loses, or whether you are rooting for Texas or OU, you are always on the winning team when you come to The 13th Floor!!! This Saturday night, we'll be marking The Red River Shootout with our Pigtails and Pom-Poms night including a contest for the best ladies sports outfit of the night. We’ll be giving prizes for the sexiest of them all. While we won’t require pigtails or pom-poms - but we sure do encourage them :-) - you must be wearing a sports related outfit to join the contest. This contest is always one the hottest we have here at the Floor - so plan on joining us for this sexiest of events. No theme on Friday this weekend. The ladies loved it and the guys had a great time watching them have so much fun. So Guys, it is your turn to strut your stuff and get the ladies hot and bothered. There will be cash prizes for the crowd’s favorites, so be sure to practice your bump and grind. 13th Floor 10th anniversary T-shirts for all the guys that enter. Join us for what will be one of the most energized nights of the year. The contest begins at 10:45, so plan to get here early.
