The loft is located in NoHo (North of Houston Street), near Greenwich Village and SoHo, in Manhattan. This 4,000 s.f. loft has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two huge living rooms, along with state-of-the-art stereo and video systems, exquisite furnishings, original art work and oriental rugs. This corner loft is located in an historic building and features 24 huge oak pane windows and high ceilings. This five million dollar home of the "Rich and Famous" is internationally known for its celebrity parties. It is the most spectacular venue on the East Coast for a private Lifestyle party. Premium Events is the only Lifestyle group that has use of the NoHo Loft.

This well appointed and immaculate prime loft has all amenities and facilities, including staffed coat check and locker rooms, two tile bath rooms, shower, and state-of-the-art music and video system with a large screen TV. There is a huge main room with a dance area and ample black leather couches, as well as five intimate parlor rooms with couches, beds and air mattresses. For our Lap Dance Party, We have many private curtained VIP booths for intimate lap dancing at no extra charge! Strip clubs in the City charge an additional $200 to $800 an hour for these private VIP booths.
