Rich & Lyn certainly know the all the ingredients for a wonderful party. The right mix of food, entertainment, well run party facilities and a super mix of fun party people! They are the perfect host and hostess. For the small donation they ask for , for the evening you get more than most "clubs" provide for a lot more. It was certainly worth the trip from Long Island to their lovely home for a super time!

had occasion to attend the house party lyn & rich had, we had a great time, there were many couples,who were extremely freindly and warm, we felt as if we knew them for years,rich is a true gentleman and lyn was very gracious,looking forward to attending their next party,thanks again L-N |

well what can we say, it was a great first time experience for a house party. hosts were wonderful people. met some great, sexy, kind, cpls that made us feel comfy. looking foward to the next party. thanks for the invite.

Went to Rich & Lynn's party last night...WOW!!! we had a great time. We had our 1st full-swap experience, and we can credit that to the mood that Rich & Lynn created. Excellent hosts. We did not have a chance to play with them, but are can't wait untl the next party to do so....so much flesh so little time.
