User Details are only visible to members.	d_and_p... First off..... that was awhile ago, & if you read the article correctly you will see those people were MOVED OUT of that hotel. So, in realty, the club would NOT open if those people were staying there. Funny thing is, when you go to other clubs/parties/hotels...do you know who is at the party or staying in the hotel in the room next to you? Probably not. Clubs/party hosts, hotel owners do not do background checks, but we all want to be safe wherever we go. As far as the single ladies attending...they are safe & escorted to their cars when they are ready to leave. No one walks alone. We have been attending "Jus 4 Now" since they opened in the location & have had NO problems. Security is on hand every night, & there is safe & secure parking. The only problem we have encountered is the friendly people that attend! Don't let others bad experiences keep you away from attending any party, try it for yourself & form your own opinion. We have heard nothing but bad news about a particular club in Indy, but won't advertise what we have heard out of respect for the "lifestyle" & our friends that attend that particular club. All I am saying is "form your own opinion" about party you may wish to attend. Mrs"H"

User Details are only visible to members.	I can not post the link but if you google Jus 4 Now you will find an article by the Ft. Wayne Journal Gazette and it is disturbing. Basically, the state of Indiana was forced to move 16 registered sex offenders out of the hotel that Klub Utopia has moved in to. People should know about the info contained in this article and someone from the club should at least try and explain it. I was going to go there this weekend but after reading this- no way. I would have been mad if I went there and found this out afterwards. ( I would have at least been there with the protection of my husband.... but what about the single women???) I realize that there are risks in this lifestyle and bad people can still sneak into events but do we really have to bring the clubs to them? To their "homes"? I don't feel safe visiting KU after reading this and I thought others should know so that they can make an informed decision for themselves.

User Details are only visible to members.	After reading the forums posted here, I can only laugh. We have known Rick for many years, & found him to be very professional. He runs a state of the art club, follows all the legal requirements,(contrary to what some people say) & we are sorry you had a bad experience on your 1st visit. There are always 2 sides to every story. Before you or anyone goes off on bad mouthing ANY club/party, make sure you have all the facts to back up your story. We were there the night in question & did NOT observe ANY bad behavior from Rick or ANY member of the club. I do remember someone yelling at Michelle at the front desk, this was unnecessary, not to mention rude on your part, if there were such a problem, wouldn't the polite thing to do, is ask to speak to her privately? Guess a scene was wanted to be made. "Jus 4 Now" is a classy establishment that offers a safe time & secure parking, & if you need escorted to your car there are security that will graciously do so. As with any club/party there will always be someone that cannot be completely satisfied. We have seen people that were asked to leave clubs/parties for one reason or another, seems they don't belong in the lifestyle, or can't behave themselves. To all the party goers out there.....everyone deserves a little kindness & respect, greet "newbies" with a smile & handshake, remember what it was like for your 1st visit to any club/party. Just because someone has a bad experience doesn't mean you will also. Don't judge until you have experienced it yourself. (This coming from personal experience) Be safe & have a happy "swinging" experience!

I am going to address false/misleading accusations and false statements made by “Rick’s” reply post on this forum. “Rick” took advantage of a new person to “the lifestyle” not to mention a new person to his club. 1) When my wife and I first entered the “club” we provided our website names from SLS because we wanted to remain private. However, within thirty seconds of entering the club and while still standing at the front door we were introduced to “Rick”, the owner of the club. “Rick” requested legal identification. Without hesitation we complied with his request and provided our legal names with proof of identity, i.e. driver’s licenses. Then, without hesitation, “Rick” allowed us to become “paid” members of the club. 2) We were NOT intoxicated. If we had been intoxicated then “Rick’s” statement “I stopped the interview and asked if you were ok with being at the club as you were intoxicated …..so we proceeded to do the interview…” only further indicates that if “Rick” felt we were intoxicated then he should not have offered a membership to us. “Rick’s” clear admission of HIS interpretation of our state of minds clearly voids any legal document and positively shows his intent of further predatory actions. Besides, I’m sure other paying club members would not have appreciated “Rick” allowing intoxicated strangers into a club which is suppose to provide a membership fee for PROTECTION. 3) “Rick’s” actions of touching my wife and attempting to kiss my wife without her permission were WRONG. At no time did “Rick” ever approach us as a couple nor did “Rick” ever ask for my consent for his advances. Regardless of where “Rick’s” actions occurred in the club he acted inappropriately. “Rick’s” club is a BYOB so my wife had to go behind “the bar” to get our drinks which we provided. “Rick’s” employee told us “the bar” was where the “only working cooler” was located to keep our drinks cold. 4) I NEVER yelled at my wife nor did I ever show her disrespect. “Rick” was the person who brought her “to the point of tears.” One of the club members DID witness “Rick’s” actions and apologized for “Rick’s” actions. Unfortunately, the club member was not an employee therefore we could not ask that the owner/perpetrator be REMOVED. 5) My wife and I realized that this club was not being run by a professional management team or a professional manager/owner. We had no recourse of action but to immediately leave after “Rick’s” inappropriate actions for our own protection. As we left the front door, in a calm and respectful tone of voice I told the “door person” (who was “Rick’s” wife) that “I did not appreciate her husband’s unwarranted actions against my wife and his actions did not give a good representation of this club to first time members and we would most certainly not be returning.” “Rick’s” wife was probably “near to the point of tears” due to “Rick’s” inappropriate actions and the realization that “Rick” had not only placed the club in a negative light but had also disrespected her and “Rick” as a couple.

User Details are only visible to members.	well now lets get to the truth of the matter.. whenyou came to the club for your orientation...you used fake names to try and gain entrance ...we got you thru that the i stopped the interview and asked if you were ok with being at the club as you were intoxicated.....you slowly said you were ok..so we prosceded to do the interview... cheap suits....i do not and many people who know me are familar with the manner in which i dress.....i do not wear cheap clothes cheeseball.....hmm..your opinion..but certainly it is not necessary to call names dark club.......there are BOH rukes as to how light certain areas need to be ..dark.....hmmmmm you mean the dance floor....we have a very expensive light and sound system....that was installed by a professional company..who has over 30 years in the night club business mumbling words ....all claubs have an agreement that must be signed to obtain membership...leagal..yes in deed...required ...100%..at all clubs office size .....im gald you have such a huge closet..we all do....office size .. well i did not design the building but it is what it is ..we have always had plenty of room for an interview someone grabbing your ass.......well that may have been but you should have told some one about it ..like the person who did it ... this happened when you were behind the bar .....and there were quite a few people to witness any thing that happened..but no one said a word the part about me shoving my tounge down your throat it did not go there .....and again there were many people aroundto witness it again when you were behind the bar there seemed to be no problem till your husband yelled at you to the point of tears...... then when he pulled you out of the club he prosceded to yell at the door person ( who was my wife )....and other witnesses....and bringing her to the near point of tears... I wonder if you had much communication between the two of you about comming to a club...could it have been that you crossed a line ?... as being new you have no point of reference on how a club should look, or what to expect...or any thing to compare it to..i assure Jus 4 Now is a very professionally run club..with 11 years in operation and over 8300 members we try to satisfy a great majority of people..and most of them are and im sorry the experience for what ever reason did not work out Im not sure why the bad publicity is all pointed at me and the club.... there is 2 sides to each story....and its best to be truthful rick jus 4 now / club utopia

User Details are only visible to members.	We went to Klub Utopia last night which is now called Jus 4 now. This would have been mine and my husband's first swinging experience. We entered into a dark shabby entrance and greeted by a woman who stated she was going to get "Rick". We were shortly greeted by some cheeseball wearing a cheap suit! He took us back to his office which was 1/3 of the size of my closet and sat us down, mumbled a few things, had us sign a paper to release him of any legal responsibility and then lead us back up front to, as he put it, "give me your money!" The facility was ok and the people were friendly, however, Rick began "checking" on us frequently, which I thought he was being professional in making sure his new guests were finding everything ok. But what I soon realized, that was not the case. I had walked over to get my husband and I a drink when "Rick" approached me, grabbed me, and certainly without my permission, rammed his tongue down my throat! I was mortified and disgusted! This breaks two of that clubs MAJOR rules of "not approaching one party of a couple when they are alone" and "ASK BEFORE YOU TOUCH!" Confused and angry my husband and I immediately left the facility. I would not recommend this club to anyone, especially newbies! My husband and I are left wondering if this is how all clubs are.....
