The people were very friendly and accepted me without any difficulty. I was asked how I knew the host and hostess and who my date was. Since I was there as a “single” I explained that it was my first party and most of the people, men and women, I talked to were excited to be part of my first time.

Several women were flirting and playing sexy with me, I always have enjoy that game even when I have no expectation that it would actually lead to sex. I had a chance to, in the parlance of the group, “play” with “B” first which gave me confidence since she is well aware that I can’t do penetration without a lot of foreplay and effort. It was the first time since I was in college that I had sex with other people in the room.

I was concentrating on “B” to the point that while I was aware of other people they didn’t distract me or break my concentration.

The second women I went with was “C”, the lady that “A” had “paired you with to make the numbers match”. As happens at any party, but I suspect especially at swinging parties, I didn’t manage to get time with her before the party broke up.

While I didn’t drink that much, I was tired and since a couch was offered and available I decided not to drive home. I was more worried about going to sleep than being impaired.

I could hear “D” and her date in another room, as she is quite vocal. Quite a turn on to lay alone and here her vocalize. Shortly after I heard someone moving around in the living room and when I looked it was “D” so I got up and approached her.

I did discover that shouldn’t drink very much as it raises my BP and I was very uncomfortable the next day (Sunday) with blood pressure high enough to be borderline concerning. I did forget to bring my meds since I really didn’t expect to spend the night and my evening and next morning meds were taken nearer noon so that might have caused part of the elevation.

My only regret was an Asian women who got my attention across the room but somehow I didn’t get to meet her beyond greeting her and her partner when I first arrived. There was also a slender woman with short white hair that looked like the kind of person I would try to meet at a regular dating event. Well, I think that is the nature of all parties. We mix and swirl at random and can never meet all the people we might like.

I seem to have focused on the women because as a newbie my focus was on satisfying the women I was with well enough to be invited back. Right or wrong, I suspect that the women, with right of rejection, will let the organizer know who they didn’t like and who to invite back.

The men I did meet and interact with were much like myself, open and friendly. The normal party range of flamboyant and quite but those I did spend any time with genuinely seemed to enjoy the mix and meet aspect of the party.

One of my goals for the party was to make connections; to meet people in the lifestyle and perhaps someone to go to future parties with. A did get in contact with C and I texted and called ending with us making a date to escort each other to a future party. The man in one couple was celebrating his birthday and the wife had brought a cake. The wife’s phone ran out of battery so I ended up taking some pictures of her husband for her. I sent the pics the next day and she and I had a nice text conversation about her and her husband’s experiences in swinging and what I as a senior single man might expect. Again very open and welcoming.

I also signed up for a free membership with Swinging Lifestyle since several people at the party recommended it as a place to find women who were looking for new or different party partners.

What is next? I’ll just keep on making connections and attending all the parties I can – As the John Lennon song says “Life is what happens while you are making other plans”!
